A road trip along the Adriatic coast is breathtaking. We started driving from Munich and covered Salzburg, Hallstatt (Austria), Lake Bled, Ljubljana, Julian Alps (Slovenia), Mostar (Bosnia-Herzegovina), the Bay of Kotor (Montenegro), Plitvice National Park, Split, Makarska, Ston, Rovinj, Korcula, Skradin, and the Pearl of the Adriatic – Dubrovnik (Croatia). The rich history, warm people, miles of seafront with thousands of islands, dramatic snow-capped Julian Alps, photogenic lakeside villages, natural wonders, and the old-world charm of Stari Grad (old town), along with Venetian towers in the cozy cities, made it a perfect road trip.
So stay tuned for new countries, new routes, new languages, new food, and of course… new information on accessibility.
