Todos Santos is a quaint, charming colonial town in Baja California Sur, Mexico. We did a day trip from Cabo San Lucas. It’s known for its rich history, vibrant arts scene, beaches, natural attractions, and beautiful architecture. Town Center preserves the colonial architecture. Mission of Todos Santos, Teatro Manuel Márquez de Leónand, and the iconic Hotel California, are the historic landmarks of Todos Santos. Since we have a wheelchair user in the family we tried to explore the town centre and its traditional shops. Eating lunch in a traditional setting at Hotel California was our highlight. Hotel California is the place where the iconic song was inspired. On the whole, it was a very wonderful experience strolling around the little town.
Wheelchair accessibility ♿️
- This place is completely wheelchair accessible ♿️
- if you are driving, parking is in the back of the church. There is a very friendly attendant there who will help you to park with a nominal charge. The place might be a little trickier for wheelchair users as gravels are on the ground. With a little help, you can reach the deck, and then from there you have access to the road.
- The road crossing has designated ramps for wheelchairs which are painted blue. The ramps are a little steep so you have to be careful while navigating those ramps
- All the shops are wheelchair accessible
- there is a restroom inside Hotel California where you need some pesos to enter
